Terms of Service

These terms are a starter draft for KYBFlow and should be reviewed by counsel before production use, especially before processing real KYB, UBO, sanctions, or regulated due-diligence data.

1. Who we are

KYBFlow provides information pages and, when launched, may provide tools for Singapore business registry checks, beneficial ownership review, and KYB workflow support. In these Terms, "KYBFlow", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the operator of the KYBFlow website and services.

2. Acceptance of terms

By accessing the website or using any KYBFlow service, you agree to these Terms. If you use KYBFlow on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that company.

3. Current landing page only

The current website is an early landing page. It does not yet provide a live registry lookup API, account dashboard, payment system, automated KYB decisioning, or legal compliance advice.

4. Permitted use

You may use KYBFlow only for lawful business purposes. You must not:

• Use KYBFlow to harass, discriminate, or make unlawful decisions about individuals or businesses.
• Submit data that you are not authorised to collect, use, or disclose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, disrupt, or overload the website or services.
• Represent KYBFlow output as legal, regulatory, accounting, tax, or professional advice.

5. KYB information and verification results

KYBFlow may rely on public registries, third-party providers, customer-submitted information, and internal processing. Information may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable. You remain responsible for your onboarding decisions, compliance obligations, and review of verification results.

6. Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that you have a lawful basis to submit business, director, shareholder, beneficial owner, or representative information to KYBFlow. You are also responsible for your own regulatory assessment, internal policies, and record-keeping obligations.

7. Fees

Pricing shown on the website, including S$2 per Singapore business check, is indicative unless a separate written agreement, order form, or checkout flow confirms the applicable price and scope.

8. Intellectual property

KYBFlow and its website content, branding, software, designs, and documentation are owned by or licensed to KYBFlow. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from them except as permitted by law or agreed in writing.

9. No warranties

The website and any early services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KYBFlow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.

11. Suspension and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website or services. We may also update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page.

12. Governing law

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Singapore, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
